Have had several vet visits with my dog as she has a terrible itchy scabby skin.
All other shampoos, medications have been useless. I have bought some Neem Oil. Can this be used on her skin as is, or does it need to be diluted.

No problem at all with Neem. You can use it undiluted. Neem is totally non-toxic for plants, humans, or animals.

Neem is not dangerous, even if your child drinks it accidentally.
